The impact of website content dimension and e-trust on e-marketing effectiveness: The case of Iranian commercial saffron corporations

By considering the problems that commercial saffron companies have faced in international markets, the aim of this study is to investigate the impact of website content, including informational and design dimensions, on the effectiveness of e-marketing and e-trust as mediator variables. These aspects are examined with reference to sales and marketing division managers in a sample of 100 commercial saffron corporations in the Khorasan province. The findings support the ideas that website content has an effect on e-marketing and e-trust and that e-trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between e-trust and e-marketing effectiveness.     

基于支持向量机的复杂地质分形特征自动提取

为了提升勘探工作效率,准确提取复杂地质分形特征,提出一种支持向量机的复杂地质分形特征自动提取方法。在两种线性可分情况下,将最佳的分类面简化为最佳分类直线,获得最佳分类平面;考虑噪声及其它干扰因素造成线性不可分的状况,得到广义的最佳分类面;基于两点可以得出支持向量机内积;通过抽取异常重磁分维数的频率域角度获得分维值,反映出不同频率能量关系,计算地质图像内的方差、均值、相关性、对比度以及角二阶矩,即可完成地质分形特征自动提取。实验结果表明,所提方法能够很好区分各类泥岩样本,特征提取效果准确。     

A novel approach to hedge and compensate the critical dimension variation of the developed-and-etched circuit patterns for yield enhancement in semiconductor manufacturing

Linewidth control is critical for yield enhancement in semiconductor manufacturing. As wafer fabrication reaching nano-technology nodes, existing approaches on advanced equipment control and advanced process control (AEC/APC) for variation control of individual processes are increasingly difficult to achieve desired process control due to shrinking process windows. This study aims to propose a novel approach to determine tool affinity to hedge the variation between the photolithography for pattern development and the etching process to effectively reduce the etching bias caused by tool misalignment. In particular, the proposed approach integrates a feed-forward run-to-run (R2R) controller and the proposed mini-max regret tool dispatching rules in light of the tool characteristics of the photolithography and etching processes. To validate the proposed approach, an empirical study was conducted in a leading semiconductor company in Taiwan and the results showed practical viability of the approach.     

基于宇宙量子算法的微小零件尺寸检测

通过建立主、从式宇宙空间结构改善了量子算法的运行效率,非正交二次B样条小波和最小二乘小波支持向量回归机对零件边缘进行检测,给出了微小零件尺寸检测流程。试验仿真显示该算法对微小零件尺寸测量数据波动范围较小,方差值相比其他方法值较低,其中UQ算法测量的外轮直径测量方差值比HI、MM、AIT、IF、IGR算法分别减少了75.29%,78.40%,64.47%,60.95%,52.15%;UQ算法测量的内轮直径测量方差值比HI、MM、AIT、IF、IGR算法分别减少了72.89%,76.75%,62.66%,59.22%,50.13%,提高了微小零件的精度测量。     

切缝药包不耦合装药爆破损伤破坏的分形研究

为研究不同不耦合系数下切缝药包的爆后损伤破坏特征,以有机玻璃为试验材料,对不耦合系数1.33、1.67、2.00、2.33、2.67的切缝药包爆破损伤破坏进行分析。基于分形理论中计盒维数的原理,编写MATLAB程序分别计算5种不耦合系数下切缝药包在切缝方向以及垂直切缝方向爆生裂纹的分形维数。对爆后裂纹长度以及数量进行统计分析,结果表明:①在试验选取的不耦合系数范围内,切缝方向裂纹的分形维数显著大于垂直切缝方向的分形维数,切缝药包对于爆生裂纹扩展方向的控制具有明显效果;②在试验选取的不耦合系数中存在最佳不耦合系数1.67,在该不耦合系数下切缝方向爆生裂纹分形维数达到最大值,裂纹长度最大,爆破损伤破坏的定向控制效果最佳;③在不耦合系数大于1.67后,随着切缝药包不耦合系数的逐渐增大,切缝方向的裂纹扩展长度逐渐变短。

在水库长期补偿安置方式的研究中缺乏社会科学的研究理论和研究角度，该文尝试通过维果茨基( Lev． S． Vygotsky)的“最近发展区”理论来分析和思考长期补偿安置方式各个维度的不足，从而提出可发展维度的目标实现途径，为长期补偿安置方式的发展提供更为客观的建议。     

Surface roughness evolution during early stages of mechanical cyclic loading

The effect of crystal size and initial dislocation density on surface roughness evolution in FCC single crystals during the early number of cycles of mechanical cyclic loading is investigated using three dimensional discrete dislocation dynamics simulations. Crystals having size less than 2 μm show early development of surface slip localization, while larger ones show a more uniform distribution of surface steps. The surface roughness is found to increase with increasing number of loading cycles with larger crystals showing a high roughening rate compared to smaller crystals. Double cross-slip is observed to be the main mechanism that derives the development, growth and thickening of surface slip bands. The maximum surface height, which is an indicator of the surface stress concentration is observed to increase linearly with the number of loading cycles and quadratically with the crystal size for the simulated number of cycles. Finally, the results are shown to be in agreement with experimental results and provide further physics based understanding on the mechanisms controlling the evolution of the surface roughness.
